Return & Refund Policy (Sarees & Kurtas)

• Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags and packaging intact.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products once altered, washed, or used will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Custom-stitched, altered, or discounted items are non-returnable.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days after quality check, via the original payment method.
• In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refund will be issued.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available; otherwise, customer may need to self-ship the product.
